Many layout fixes in the mainview. The collecting and checking of IP and email data were improved and speeded up.

Bug in filter for only existing adresses fixed. Now are the email aliasses working as well. Flattr-Button added and online version check improved. If you don't like the Flattr Button, it can be disabled in the config.inc.php. define("SHOW_FLATTR",false);

Many layout bugfixes and a complete integration of the Plesk Web-Users. A Web-User is not an additional FTP-User and is displayed different. If the FTP-User of a Web-User will be deleted, the complete Web-User will be also deleted.

I fixed the layout buys. Since this version the forwarding to single sites is possible not just to folders. And in the domain management a SSL force was implemented. It means a call to http:// will be automatically mapped to https://. This function requires a installed and working mod_rewrite.

New Filter has been added for viewing only existing recipient addresses. Thanks to Daniel Schättgen for the idea and basic implementation.
